Klearhos Alexander Dalakides, is born in Athens on 2 May in 1974 and grew in Kesariani. He achieved in the Pan-Hellenic examinations in summer 1994 and began his study in September of same year, in the National Technical University of Athens in the department of Civil Engineers.

ΑHe graduated in September 2000, after first participating on behalf of J&P for the construction of the control tower of Eleftherios Venizelos Airport. In February 2001 he attained the authorisation to exercise the profession of Civil Engineering, after examinations at the T.E.E. and on 25 March 2001 he was presented in the K.E.M.H. in Nauplium, in order to serve his military service in engineering. After 21 months of military service and after passing from Loutraki and Lemnos, he returned to Loutraki from where he was originally. He also attained a qualification of lieutenant junior on the 26 December 2002.

Then participated in various large construction work (STER cinema at Hellion, underground parking POLIS in Pallini) as well as smaller construction work, as a collaborator of construction company "CONSTRUCTION" – Eisagelea Broths and various other construction companies.

Since 2003 has his own construction office, in privately-owned grounds in the area of Kesariani.
